I cant access my photos in messenger

When Messenger says enable it in the setting then in the settings its says : Private access and i cant turn it off. Can someone help me turn it off?

Allowing an app access to my photos on my iPhone 15 Pro Max I just got a new iPhone 15 pro max and an app is "locked" in the private access status for the photos. When I go into the app settings (Settings > select the app > then Photos) and then click photos, it is set to private access. There is no way to change it from Private Access, if you click options it allows you to toggle on/off location and captions and then select format from automatic, current, and most compatible. It will not allow me to change the level of access to my photos, anyone have any ideas? TIA [Re-Titled by Moderator]
