App says not available in my region, but my coworker just downloaded it

I’m trying to download an app I need for work, but my phone is saying the app is not available in my country or region. However, multiple other coworkers are downloading it in the same room now as I type. I’ve already checked the country my phone is set to and it is correct. Is there anything else I can do?
