If you see the message below, or similar "inactive" messages:
- "Inactive" Apple ID/Account
- "Verification Failed. This Apple ID is not active."
You need to have Apple reactivate the account. Please contact official Apple Support for help with an "inactive" Apple ID. The people responding on this forum are Apple product users like yourself and cannot do anything with your account.

2. Select: Disabled Apple ID
3. Select: ”The Apple ID is not active" alert
4. Select: “Continue”
5. Select a chat or telephone call option.
I am unfamiliar with any kind of "access code".

My Apple Account is locked and can’t be used and currently that id was signed in to iPhone 16 Pro Max. I was submitted activation remove request but all the times Apple was denied it why?
