I have brought a Apple Watch second hand and the lady has erased the watch off her phone but not off the watch so I cannot sign in with my iCloud account to set the Watch up is there anything I can do to be able to set the Watch up and then clear the watch if her iCloud ?
Hello! Unfortunately, the only way the iCloud account on the Apple Watch can be completely removed is if the previous owner erases the iCloud account themselves. You may have to rearrange something with her/him so they can remove it for you.
