I got an new iPhone 11 and the battery was 87% when I on it but trying to set up the phone it went of and have remained in 1%. Information I saw on the phone is unable to determine if your phone battery is a genuine apple part. Please what can I do to solve this as the phone refused to charge or even show the battery health

Apple discontinued the iPhone 11 about 2 years ago, so your iPhone 11 is not "new".

Either the battery was replaced using the wrong part.....or......the original battery is having problems. Make an appointment at the Apple Store or take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop to let them run some checks and tests on the battery.
