You bought iCloud Storage, which is no way adds memory to an iPhone. When you purchased your iPhone, whatever storage it had is all it can ever have. If you out of space on your phone, you need to delete things you don't need or use, such as apps, photos, music, videos, files, messages, texts, etc.

An iPhone's internal storage isn't upgradable. Delete or offload content from it, or update it from a computer.
