Refund Process is unfair
My son has his on iPad. He's autistic and loves his iPad and independence. So much so that I was not paying attention to his activities. He managed to purchase over $100 in in app purchases. I was refused a refund twice.
You have given refunds in the past for the very same concern. I mean literally the same thing happen and I was gotten a refund. Why not this time? Just give me my $109 back. A multi billion dollar company holding on to 100 bucks?
