Issues connecting to the internet, iPhone 11 iOS 17

I recently got my phone fixed and when I tried connecting to the internet, it wouldn’t really connect, it shows on screen that I’m connected, but I only see my service bars and when I try to download/login to anything, it tells me to connect to the internet. I’ve followed the steps that Apple provided, but it all comes to a dead end and I’m still not connected. If there’s any alternatives on how to fix this problem, please help me out.

First: Open Settings
- Tap General
- Tap Transfer or Reset Phone
- Tap Reset
- Tap Reset Network Settings

- This will erase all Wi-Fi passwords, but will not result in any other data loss.

Next: restart your router by removing all power from it for 15-30 seconds (Newer routers don’t always have a true power switch).

Also: Do you use VPN? If so, delete the VPN profile in Settings/General/VPN & Device Management/VPN. Don't just turn it off; delete the profile.
