Hello someone compromised my credit card and used it to pay something on apple. I am not apple user so I van't find customer support to chat with anyone from apple and to provide them with any information to get a refund. I am from Serbia and there is no phone number to contact them, and also no chat and email.
The billing was 99999999apple.com/bill itunes.com
Good luck with that. I don't think I have every heard of anybody being able to do that. Apple is just as much a victim in this as you are since they sold the items in good faith. They had no idea you were a fraud victim. Typically the card companies handle any financial reimbursements to you as long as you report the fraud in a timely manner.

If you are a victim of credit card fraud, that is handled by your bank, not Apple. Contact your credit card issuer.
Thank you for your answer, I contacted the bank already and issued to stop the payment. Since it's not a small amount of money, I want to contact the support and cancel whatever person got from my credit card, they have transaction information, credit card information, reference number, and they can do the refund. Never mind and thanks again for your answer
