Will Apple give me a new iPhone if they can’t fix mine I broke the back of my 14 pro, I have Apple care plus. it's visibly broken but no damage is felt by touch. If Apple cannot fix my phone then do I get a brand new one? And if yes do I choose color etc, if they can fix my phone, will they replace my scratched up bezels? Or only the back.
