I am currently in Spain, and my phone only works if connected to WiFi. When I called AT&T, she asked if cellular was turned on, and it is. She said in Settings, Cellular, go to data roaming options, but it doesn't exist.

for me it's in
settings->mobile service->mobile data options
if you go into settings you can always place your finger on the screen and move it a bit down then it will show a search field on the top where you can type roaming in and it search the settings

Thank you. I will try to search for it since I don't see Mobile Data options either!
OK, when I entered Roaming into the search box, it took me to Cellular. It is nowhere to be found in Cellular. Oh well. Thanks for your help though.
