No roaming option IPhone 15 Pro, iOS 17.6.1 . No cellular data.

A US TMobile and Spanish Vodaphone accounts. Two days ago all cellular data stopped for both accounts (it has functioned for the last three months). An alert instructs to turn on roaming. There is no roaming option under cellular. Data sharing is on.

Device restarted several times. What are options?

iPhone 15 Pro Max, iOS 17

I had contacted my cellular providers previously, who assured me it was not on their end. Contacting them again, however, I happened to find someone who knew the answer. It is an Apple issue, which support does not seem to know.

If there are two sims, then the option to enable roaming is not under cellular data (and yes, that was switched on) but is located under the individually listed accounts. Not something a user would be likely to think of.

Cellular - sims (located in cellular) - click on each account. Roaming.

Two days of searching and calling. The support chat person did not know this. A very bad delivery.

Have you talked to your carrier. I have AT&T as a carrier and 8 lines of service (children and grandchildren) and I can individually turn off services like roaming. A call to you carrier may be in order.

Do you have cellular Data enabled? If so, try switching off momentarily and then switching back on.

Also look in Primary for Data Roaming and do the same. Restart iPhone and check settings.

To make sure you're not working on the wrong end of the problem, have you contacted your cellular providers and confirmed that there is not an issue with your accounts or their services? I know it would seem unlikely that both providers would have problems at the same time, but I've seen stranger things happen. You make no mention of making and receiving voice calls; is that still working with both services? Or are you only set up for data services with them?

Regards.
