How can I fully disable the noise/decibel warnings on my apple watch?

How can I fully disable the noise/decibel warnings on my apple watch? I have them set to disabled already yet they keep appearing.

I live in the UK

The warning message will stay on screen until dismissed for some reason so I have to stop of forfeit control of my bike so I can dismiss the warning which seems counterproductive for a health warning...

I'm in the U.S. so I don't know if this is an option on a UK phone. If the option isn't there, you can't turn them off:

On your iPhone, open the Health app, tap Browse at the bottom right, then tap Hearing. Toward the bottom of the page, you'll see "Headphone Notifications". Turn them off for your watch.

I'm really surprised that you get those notifications when riding a bike, though. Those must be some noisy streets!
