Missing of sim ejector in the iphone box

I recently purchased a brand new iphone 15 pro max and it is a dual physical sim Chinese variant. However as I opened the box instead of having a sim ejector it had the paper on which it's written that "you no longer need a physical sim". It was about the esim. I am confused that my phone does not have esim option so why does the box include the information about the esim and also the sim ejector is missing.
