Mac Mini becomes unresponsive with fan at max

Last September, I bought a 2014 Mac Mini to use as a BlueBubbles and Immich server. It has 8GB of RAM, a 512GB HDD, an Intel Core i5, and I keep it on all the time. One day, I came into the room it was in and heard the fan blowing at max speed. It would not display anything, and my remote access software, Chrome Remote Desktop, could not connect to it. I had to shut it down by holding the power button. This resulted in something being corrupted on my Immich server, and I had to reinstall it completely. This has happened three times so far.

Have you blown the dust out lately?

What temperatures does this App report? Especially the GPU.

This App can be used to speed up the fans, all my iMacs would be dead without it.

Never ever ever drop fan speeds below the speed that the Mac itself is calling for.
