How to get out of my mom’s account on my phone to go on my new account

I got a new phone for the first time and I did not have an Apple ID so I had to use my mom’s information to make my account but now her photos are in my camera roll and that when I sent her a message, it went right under what I had sent her like on the same side and when I go to settings, it says mom‘s name, not mine and has me as a family member so how do I get out of my mom’s account and go to mine?

That's what is causing confusion. You didn't use her account to make your own, you simply signed in using her account. That is why you see her things. You need to create your own account and use that on your phone. Sign out of her account, and sign in using yours.
