Apple Watch after my stepmother, who passed away

I've got an Apple Watch after my stepmother who passed away. It's important for me. My father gave it and he doesn't remember the iCloud password she was using. The email that she used for iCloud doesn't exist so there's no chance of retrieving a password. How can I make it work again?
