iPhone hacked

My iPhone signed me out of my Apple ID I can’t receive and messages or any other notifications, I tried to signed back into my Apple ID but it says incorrect password, so I have reason to believe someone hacked my phone and changed my Apple ID password, is there any way to fix this?
