Cannot install Safe Exam Browser on my computer

I have an examination coming up shortly. As such I was asked to Download Safe Exam Browser 3.7.0 for the examination which i did but when i click to install it keeps saying this application cannot be opened. Secondly, I also dowloaded a lower version of it but when clicked to install it says SIP disabled. I restarted my system, then held down CMD+R to run the process but was told command not found after inputing CSrutil. kindly help me solve this problem. My system details and the error message from Safe Examination Browser are seen below:

3.7.0 is the Windows version. There is no reasonable thing you can do to make it run on your Mac.

Go back to the source web site and get the Mac version, currently appears to be 3.3.3

Once downloaded, when you open the download, this screen appears.

This is the 'International Symbol' (read, inscrutable drawing with no additional directions) for:

"Drag the Icon for the APP (on the left) over the Icon for the /Applications folder on your drive (the right icon)"

You MAY then be asked for your Admin [username and] Password to proceed to install. Or maybe not.

NB>> DO Continue to work on this by Opening the Application from your /Applications folder, because it has not yet been configured, and you may not want to leave that until exam-day.

On your Mac with MacOS running,

in regular Terminal, type:

csrutil status

if the answer is disabled, you will need to take extraordinary steps to restore the proper setting, which Readers can provide.

Thanks so much for your response to my message. Honestly speaking, just as I stated on my message above,I have done as you said severally but my system keeps requesting for SIP to be enabled which I have tried doing severally following the restarting, CMD+R etc procedures. Whenever I enter "CSrutil enable" it always say "command not found"

May I know how to deal with that please?
