Iphone 12 keeps shutting off when bumped even with a slight tap or bumps

My iphone 12 keeps shutting down when it is bumped whether if it is the slightest bump or even a simple tap. It’s been 3 days of being very and extra careful not to trigger the shutting off problem of my phone. Although I used it once in the moderate rain but I think this is water resistant so I don’t think that’s the problem
