Device with no invoice, only order details and payment proof

if this Mac is equivalent to new, you should not have any issues.

However, if it has been set up and used, there could be a multitude of anti-Theft features enabled, and these could preclude you from using the device in the future.

Apple will only help you clear a locked Mac for your use if you can prove the device is not stolen -- not that YOU did not steal it, but that it was not stolen. That usually requires a series of invoices with serial numbers back to the original sale from an Apple vendor. If you had an invoice with serial number, you would be better off if you ever had to argue with Apple.
