i was playing around and accidentally downloaded ios 18 beta without knowing the consequences can anyone let me know how i can downgrade it

Well, you can’t “accidentally” get iOS 18, because it is currently a closed beta only available to registered developers and invited “appleseed” beta testers. But here is the guidance for removing it→Apple Beta — Restore Shipping Software
Note that you will have to restore your iPhone to factory settings, then restore a backup made before the beta was installed.

i am also trying the same thing I updated my iPad from 17 to 18. And I have the same problems. Did you get a solution for it? Because I can’t seem to fix it.
Are you on an iOS beta version and want to go back to a public version of iOS 18.X.X or are you wanting to go back to iOS 17.X.X?
yeah I did all of that. putting it in recovery mode and what not, it just restores it to the same even though I chose a backup before the update smh
