Apple Staff Contact NZ

Hello,

I’m from the city Whangarei, Northland, New Zealand and would like to talk to a staff member of Apple about:

My EarPods, I’ve misplaced them and cannot locate them via FindMy (battery is flat)

Getting access to my old iCloud accounts and providing proof of ownership to regain access to them

Getting access to my old iPhone details and locating them as I’ve lost them too

Please let me know how to proceed, if it’s easier feel free to contact me via email, Apple Staff.

We are all Apple users, like yourself in the community. Some of us ask the community for help with their issues, and some of us volunteer to help each other to solve their difficulties.

It is unlikely Apple staff would see what you have posted here.

Apple provides a list of Apple Support phone numbers around the world (link below).

(Seems there is complimentary support for new purchases for up to 90 days).
