The reason you haven't received the latest iOS 18 update is that iOS 18 is still in its beta phase. General users do not receive beta updates. If you have a developer account, you would typically have access to these beta updates.

You won't see the public update for probably another 2+ months.....assuming that your phone is qualified for the update.
