iPhone apps not opening due to location error

All location-based apps, such as Find My, Maps, and Weather, are displaying my location as being in a different country. I've attempted to resolve the problem by checking the software is updated, restarting my iPhone, checking the location settings (which are enabled) and restarting them, ensuring that my date and time are set automatically, and verifying that cellular data or Wi-Fi is active (I also tried restarting them). I’m lost about what to do :(

iPhone location stuck in US after moving to Netherlands I used to live in the United States & bought and set up my phone there. I have since moved abroad to the Netherlands. I tried to open the TikTok app today and my phone thinks I am in the US, and says I cannot use the app. Why is this? The region on my phone is set to The Netherlands. I would say maybe it is because my account on TikTok was made in the United States, but when I look in the App Store for TikTok I can’t find it either. Very confused and pissed off. Are you using a VPN? That may be telling Apple you are in a different country.
