I have recently purchased a MacBook Air and I'm having difficulty with the Apple Pay. There is a Wallet and Apple Pay screen but it doesn't say to turn Apple Pay on or anything. And when I go to my messages there isn't a way to pull up Apple Pay. Maybe I'm missing something but I'm just not seeing it. Please help!!!!

There is no Wallet app on a Mac like there is on iPhones. You can setup Apple Pay on a Mac using the settings app and use it to pay for online purchases (from online stores that accept Apple Pay) in Safari. See the instructions and other information in Use Wallet & Apple Pay on Mac - Apple Support

Setting up Apple Cash used for sending money with Messages is done on an iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch.
