not getting otp on iphone 14 plus,

OTP messages are sent using SMS text messaging. Unfortunately this is a carrier only service with very little options on your phone to change the way the carrier communicates with you. I can think of 2 things to try on your phone:

• Check for a Carrier update. Sometimes a carrier will send an update of their service to your phone. You can follow the steps in this Support Article to see if you have an update from your carrier pending. If you do, then there will be a message saying you have a Carrier Update available when you go into the Settings provided here:

• Reset Network Settings. This will also reset your WiFi passwords, so you will have to enter your WiFi password when joining your WiFi network, so make sure you know what that is first. Resetting the Network Settings is detailed in Step 7 here:

In addition, make sure the companies that are sending you the OTP have your cell phone number correctly labeled. Some of them will have a spot for your Home number and Cell number and will only sent the OTP to the cell number.
