This is a Bug in Relevance to Calendar:

So, rid of the account as a whole, in Mail settings...

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: Mail
3. Tap: Accounts
4. Tap: Calendar
5. Tap: the account with this listed load3.biz next to it.
6. Tap: Delete
