Issue with Subscribing to ChatGPT Plus on iOS - "This subscription is associated with another OpenAI account." 

I encountered an issue while trying to subscribe to ChatGPT Plus on the iOS application. The error message displayed is: "This subscription is associated with another OpenAI account. Please login with that account to access it, or visit help.openai.com for support."

I believe this problem arises because my previous iOS account was linked to an older ChatGPT account. I would like to switch to a new ChatGPT account and upgrade it to Plus, but this error prevents me from doing so. Is there a way to resolve this issue and link the subscription to my new ChatGPT account?
