have every call from my contacts bypass the silent mode and have the phone ring

Spam calls are so annoying, and so many, I had to put the phone in silent mode.

Still I would like to have the phone ringing when one of my contacts call. Is this possible?

I know I can bypass the default ring tone with emergency ring, but it is too much work to do every contact individually.
