My apps aren’t downloading
I created a new Apple ID using my sister last phone because mines broken and I forgot the Apple ID but now none of the original apps you find in a new phone aren’t coming. Can someone please help me?

As it is your sister's phone, your sister's Apple ID would be needed in order to download apps from the App Store.
If your sister has given you the phone to keep, you could try asking her to prepare it for you. She could make it ready for a new owner. The step-by-step way to do this is made available in Apple Support's article (link below):

Then you can set it up just the same as if it was a new phone.
