These super expensive headphones are useless

I put my headphones on my head they don’t connect so I then have to go to Bluetooth to connect them and once I do even though it says connected I hear no volume these headphones are a waste of 500$ I would love a refund I could get better use out of some 5$ plug in headphones

A Few Thoughts to Try:

A. Visit Apple Support links:




B. Verify the Balance:

  1. Go to: Settings
  2. Tap: General
  3. Tap: Accessibility
  4. Scroll Down: to Hearing
  5. Adjust: the audio volume balance


C. Also, Clear Out Earwax:

D. If connecting to a Mac...

Reset the Bluetooth Module:
