iPhone shows”weak security” warning, though Wi-Fi set on WPA2.

iPhone shows”weak security” warning. Also says WEP is weak and to use WPA2 or WPA3. Logged onto BT hub, Wi-Fi security is set to WPA2.

Rebooted hub and 2 iPhones, still the same message. Any ideas?

Just to clarify, that’s the message on the iPhone. The hub only has WPA2

That was clear on your first post.

If you are concerned by the message on the iPhone, it will not appear when you switch to a router with WPA3 capability.

But as I already said, WPA2 is adequate for most simple home networks.

I would be concerned though, if BT does not currently offer routers with WPA3 capability. That would indicate that BT is using products that are few years behind the times.
