My iPhone 15ProMax is so much slower that I have had to just give up on it. It’s useless. I’m going to have to sell and get a new Android. I’m ashamed of this phone. I’m an old retired veteran and can’t afford to just keep switching phones.

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return Apple products for a full refund, no questions asked. After 14 days you will have to sell or give it away at your own expense.
I won’t even ask what your issues are. No one here is an Apple employee and we don't really care what you do or who you buy from. I even have issues with your statement that it’s useless as the iPhone 15 Pro Max has been judged by unbiased reviewers as the fastest smartphone on the planet.
