Unable to login to Pro Late 2013; macOS Big Sur 11.7.10

I updated my Apple ID password and now I am unable to login to macOS Big Sur 11.7.10.

I receive the following pop-up. I created a new Admin Account and attempted to login through it and received the same message.

Your apple id can only be used on devices running ios 16.2 or later, or macos 13.1 or later. This MacBook Pro can't be updated to the latest software.

Why would JUST changing my password cause this?

Typically you would think your AppleID and password is

different from your mac admin/user account password....?

So I am not sure of your issue:

Change your Apple ID password

note: If you change your admin password the "Keychain Access.app" retains the original password—unless you start a new keychain...

I created a new, secure password. I was able to log back in to my 3 other devices with the new password. When I tried to login to my MacBook Pro, I receive a pop up message telling me my operating system is too old to use my Apple ID.
