smart invert error

I activated Smart Reverse from the accessibility tab on my iPhone 12 Pro Max model device. Then I turned off this feature, but my phone still inverts the colors smartly, even though the smart invert feature is turned off. For example, it intelligently reverses the colors of a wallpaper etc. that I have just added. I request help.
