Why does "SMART invert" NOT capture the screen as shown? Especially since the PHOTOS editing program does NOT INCORPORATE 'INVERT COLOR' !!
In my 13 Pro my color inversion (by voice command) it was clear that it captured images inverted as shown, why does "SMART invert" NOT capture screen as shown?

I’m trying to make sense of your post. Smart Invert does not affect images, media, and some apps that use dark color styles. If you want to invert everything, switch on Classic invert.
