Tinypass is a security and login service used by some websites.

Some of your passwords are probably compromised, but not in Apple Settings. They were compromised by web sites you visit that were hacked. If the Apple Keychain says that a password was compromised that means that Apple found your password on the Dark Web used by cybercriminals. Both Apple and Google regularly scan the dark web for stolen data and match it against their user base. You can also check yourself to see if any of your user IDs or passwords have been found on the dark web at https://haveibeenpwned.com.

As a couple of examples, if you have a login at ticketmaster.com, your username, password, personal data including address, phone, credit card used with ticketmaster, were all stolen in the past few weeks. 150 million user accounts.

Likewise if you have ever had an account with AT&T, but also including SSN. 78 million accounts.

And these are only the two most recent. Other past hacks include Experian and Equifax, and hundreds more sites. Essentially, if you have ever logged in to any website (except Apple and Google, so far), your personal information has been stolen and is for sale.
