It is difficult from your post to determine what the issues you are experiencing or what you are referring to with a compromise in spreadsheets. A device that is sharing the same Apple Account is able to make changes to those same documents if they are stored in iCloud. If you believe your Apple Account has been compromised, then you would want to change that Password.

There is nothing you can install on an iPhone or iPad to scan your device. It is because of this that no Malware can be installed either, since there is no access to the file structure and each app is sandboxed to only their data.

Specifically for you Mac, I would recommend posting the free EtreCheck report using the Additional Text option when posting and that will list the processes that are running on your computer. The report contains no personal information.

There are no viruses (self propagating) for Macs or Apple devices.

There is no app that I know of for iPhones or iPads.

However, for Macs three is the free version of Malwarebytes which is sufficient.

To see if there is any malware on your Mac you can do the following: download and run Etrecheck.  The free version is sufficient. Then post the results as described below:

Copy and paste the results into your reply. Etrecheck is a diagnostic tool that was developed by one of the most respected users here in the ASC to provide a snapshot of the system and help identify the more obvious culprits that can adversely affect a Mac's performance.

Copy the report

and after clicking on the Reply button use the Additional Text button to paste the report in your reply.

Then we can examine the report and see if we can determine the cause of the problem.

There are no such things so just forget that idea.

That's what spreadsheets do. If you are having difficulty using Numbers, there's a forum for that: Numbers - Apple Community
