Do you mean in the Passwords app?

This stores Passwords that you have saved when logging into a website/company. If that website/company has had its data compromised, you will see a message that your password may have been involved in a data breach. There are other messages that you may see, such as a Weak password or duplicate password that does not mean it was involved in a breach. In all cases, you will want to change the Password and never use the same Password in multiple locations.

Simply deleting the Password from the Password app does not delete your account with that company. It just means you will need to enter the password again manually when attempting to log into the site. Your account for that site may still be in jeopardy if it is in the hands of a criminal and contains valuable data such as financial information.

It is not the Password Manager on your device that has been hacked.
