Apple Watch showing way more fitness data than reality

Up to now my Apple Watch Ultra has been accurate with my fitness data. However today it shows every hour as active and 948 exercise minutes when in reality it is more like 200. The move calories seem ok.

Apple Watch calories not tracking accurately during exercise Recently got the new iphone15 pro and updated to latest phone and watch software. Suddenly, Apple Watch Ultra is no longer tracking calories accurately during a run, and seems to be treating it like a walk of the same duration. Heart rate seems accurate, all my health details are accurate, but instead of 400 calories burned, since last week it is now at circa 150 calories. Have unpaired and repaired, switched on and off. Not sure of any other fixes. The GPS is also slightly off and missing say 0.5k of a 5k run.

Why is my total calories burned reading so low on Apple Watch? I have noticed that around every other day my total calories burned is very low. I workout everyday and my move goal will be completed but I feel like it’s not accurately tracking my daily movement. Some days will be normal and then others are low. Now sure how to fix this. I have tried updating and restarting my phone and my watch with no luck. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

If a force restart does not solve the issue, unpairing and pairing the watch again to your iPhone would be the next step:
