my iPhone 11 fell to the water,and I quickly took it out,and than immediately I tried to charge it and I got some sort of notification

You should not charge the phone when there is moisture in the charging port. In that case, you may see a warning that there is liquid in the charging port. Review this support article on what should be done.

Make sure the phone is off. Let the phone dry for at least 2 days. Do NOT put the phone in rice.
It will help if you lean the phone against a wall or something similar so water can drain out of the ports and openings on the bottom of the phone.
With luck, the phone will power on and behave normally.
If not, the phone will be a total loss, since Apple will not repair a water damaged phone.
