Water and phones are mortal enemies. Power the phone off. Don't attempt to charge it. Leave in a dry warm spot for a day or more and then try to power it on. Hopefully, it will power on and be OK. But if it doesn't, be prepared to buy a new iPhone as there is no warranty for liquid damage and Apple won't try to fix a water damaged iPhone.

DO NOT put it in rice. That's an old wives tail and can cause more harm. Just a warm, dry place, powered off.
