Payoneer Virtual Debit Card

I have a Payoneer virtual debit card that I use to make payments online. I have used my card with other sites and I’ve never had any issues paying with this card before. So can you PLEASE help me understand why I can’t use my virtual card to pay for apps in the Apple App Store? Every time I try to add this card as a payment method, it gets rejected and I don’t understand why.

I have even used this card on the Google Playstore since I have an Android phone and have had no issues. So why can’t I do the same in the Apple App Store? What’s the deal?

What’s Apple have against virtual cards? Is it policy they intend to change at some point?

I’m already limited by the type of payment methods I can use since I don’t live in the states so can Apple please make virtual debit cards usuable in their App Store please.

No one here works for Apple. Apple is not here.

If Apple is rejecting the payment method no one here can assist you with that or tell you why Apple rejects it.

Apple rejects many prepaid debit cards.
