Firefox menu bars are missing or empty on Macbook Pro

When I opened Firefox on my MacBook Pro (Ventura 13.6.4) this morning, most of the folders and links on my menu bar were gone. The six that remained are all empty. I can still add links to the menu bar and folders.

Last night all the folders and links were there. Folders had content.

What is happening?

I would quit Firefox and relaunch it and compare your results. Restart your Mac and try again.
