Sooo my iPad fell (first time), and I see a dent on the back of it. Right after that, I check the front and I see that my screen is in some way inflated and the screen has like a white dot in the area of the dent. Also, it looks as if the screen is about to pop out, so there’s that. Is there any way to fix the dent AND the screen? An answer would be much appreciated.

Is the iPad covered by Apple Care plus? If so, it is probably covered. However, if not, it may not be economical to repair, at least by Apple or an Authorized Service Provider. An independent repair facility may attempt the repair, but it would void any Apple Warranty.
