I accidentally deleted my Whatsapp. Now all my messages are gone. I have a backup file for my existing Iphone 11. But I don't want to lose all my files. Is there a way to only restore the whatsapp files?

No. Backups are ALL or NOTHING. There is no way to selectively restore pieces from a backup.
Contact WhatsApp and see if there is a way to restore your data from their App. Apple has nothing to do with that as they don't own WhatsApp. Meta does.
