Meaning of these panic strings

So I recently had my iPhone 14 Pro Max fixed after it got spoilt when the charger got burnt while the phone was charging and the phone didn’t come on again. I was told some IC had to be replaced but on getting the phone back I noticed these problems, once I lose network the network doesn’t come back no matter how much I toggle airplane on or off to enable searching for service again till I reboot the phone completely and also at random intervals the phone just goes off and reboots by itself and I was getting these panic full strings in analytics. What do they mean? And do I have to send back to the repair center?
