Apple configurator

My friend had a phone and I plugged it up to my MacBook Pro to update into run a diagnostics underneath Apple configure she has a problem hooking up to her Wi-Fi and believes that her phone is hacked. is there a way I can run or reset her phone to where she doesn’t have a problem it’ll say that she user was on the app that she does not have installed on her phone.

The configuration is only set by companies and schools that want to control what is pushed on your phone. Its profile can frequently be removed simply by editing the Security Settings in the iPhone.


Your phone isn't so much likely hacked as you may have registered the phone with a company or school you worked at, or if you bought the Phone third party, they may not have removed the profile from a stolen phone.


Have an authorized service provider verify what it is.
