Instagram not working on mobile data

I saw somewhere resetting APN settings might help, but my phone network won’t let me do it. The setting doesn’t even show up for me under Cellular on the Settings app. Any idea what might be causing the problem/how to resolve it?? Thanks!

Never had your issue, I am on cellular data only for 100% of my Internet— no wifi.

I would delete the app and download anew from the App Store
